This Shipping Policy explains how House of Ornamod processes, dispatches, and delivers orders placed through our website.

All sales are final, once an order is placed it cannot be cancelled.

Domestic Shipping Fee Structure

The shipping cost for domestic orders within India depends on the total value of your cart.

• Orders with a value below ₹3,000 will have a shipping fee of ₹100.
• Orders with a value above ₹3,000 qualify for FREE shipping.

Processing and Dispatch Time

All orders are processed and dispatched from Nagpur, Maharashtra.

Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. Standard orders are usually processed and dispatched within 3–5 business days, excluding customized or special orders.

Delivery Schedule and Tracking

Our delivery partners operate Monday to Saturday between 10 AM and 6 PM (IST).

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email notification containing tracking details, allowing you to monitor the delivery progress of your shipment.

International Shipping and Customs

House of Ornamod offers international shipping to 200+ countries through reliable courier partners such as DHL and FedEx.

Shipping charges and transit times will vary based on the destination. All international packages are dispatched through trusted logistics partners to ensure safe and timely delivery.

International deliveries typically take 10–15 working days, although delivery timelines may vary depending on customs procedures and local regulations in the destination country.

Please note that customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage charges are not included in the product price and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery as per the regulations of the destination country.

Lost Shipments and Delivery Issues

If a shipment is confirmed as lost during transit, House of Ornamod will provide a replacement product or credit note after completing a verification process with the courier partner. This investigation usually takes up to 7 business days.

If the tracking status shows “Delivered” but the package has not been received, you must notify us within 24 hours by contacting houseofornamod@gmail.com so we can immediately initiate an investigation with the courier service.

Shipping charges are non-refundable in case of cancellations, as they are used to process and dispatch your order.

In case of returns or exchanges, the eligible amount will be issued as store credit, which can be used for future purchases. Shipping charges are non-refundable, as they are utilized for order processing and delivery.
