No Refund Policy
House of Ornamod follows a strict No Refund Policy once an order is placed. Customers are advised to carefully review their order before completing the purchase. Instead of refunds, we provide Exchange or Credit Note options only under specific conditions.
All sales are final, once an order is placed it cannot be cancelled.
Eligibility for Exchange
An exchange request must be initiated within 7 days of delivery. The product must be unused, untampered, and returned in its original packaging.
Exchanges are accepted only in the following cases:
• Product delivered is different from the one ordered.
• Product delivered is damaged or defective.
• Product has missing parts.
• Minor concerns related to size, quality, or weight.
In case of order cancellation, shipping charges are non-refundable.
Non-Eligible Items
The following items are not eligible for exchange or credit note under any circumstances:
• Pre-orders or customized jewellery.
• Items purchased during sale or promotional offers.
• Products showing signs of use, wear, or alteration.
• International orders.
Exchange Request Procedure
To initiate an exchange, please email houseofornamod@gmail.com with the following details:
• Order Details: Full name and email used while placing the order.
• Shipping Information: Address where the exchanged product should be delivered.
• Product Details: Name and price of the product you wish to return.
• Exchange Details: Name of the product you want in exchange (must be of equal or higher value; price difference must be paid).
• Reason for Exchange: A clear explanation of the issue (for example: damaged clasp, wrong size received).
Our team will review your request and respond within 1–3 business days with the next steps.
In case of returns or exchanges, the eligible amount will be issued as store credit, which can be used for future purchases. Shipping charges are non-refundable, as they are utilized for order processing and delivery.
Exchange Processing and Fees
• If the exchange is due to a defect, damage, or incorrect product sent by us, no exchange fee will be charged.
• Customers must ship the product to House of Ornamod using a reliable courier service, as doorstep pickup is currently not available.
• Once received, our team will perform a quality inspection before approving the exchange.
• The entire exchange process may take approximately 15–20 days, including inspection and re-shipment.
